Acceptable Artwork Format Requirement

Please read the following information before you send us your Artwork.

Not all Artworks can be used for printing on glassware. So it will be important for you to send us artwork that is in an acceptable format, suitable for imprinting.

Your artwork should be in one of the following graphic formats.

Adobe Illustrator .ai or .esp file formats. Other acceptable formats are .jpeg or .psd file formats and must be Full Image Size at 600 dpi resolution or higher.

All fonts should be converting to "outline fonts". Both Adobe Illustrator and CorelDraw can accomplish converting fonts to “outline fonts”.

Artwork must be a graphic design that was created and saved in one of the above file formats using Illustrator, Photoshop, Freehand, CorelDraw or any other similar graphic program.

We CAN NOT accept artwork that is so small, blurry and was created or saved in Word, WordPerfect, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat, Paint or any other similar program.

Bitmap images, Photographs and copies are also NOT Acceptable.

If you are not sure about your artwork format's acceptability, upload it to us and we will let you know whether we can use it or not.
